We will match any “genuine” like for like price within the UK*.
If in the unlikely event you find the same product for a better price than the Toner Expert price we will match it, even up to 7 days after the date you made your purchase, subject to our “Price Match” terms and conditions.
*Price Match refers to Compatible products only and not OEM products.
Price Match Terms and Conditions
- The product must be like for like and be in stock.
- Claims are up to a maximum of £10 per household per calendar month.
- You must supply the following information:
- Your Name.
- Your Address.
- Your Telephone Number.
- Your Email Address.
- Your Toner Expert Invoice Number.
- Details of the product you bought and the cheaper supplier’s price.
- The cheaper supplier’s name and web site address / telephone number.
- Details of where you saw the product advertised, including the date.
